Shipping

Order Processing
Please allow up to three (3) business days to process and pack your order before dispatch. This does not apply during shop closure holiday periods or Interstate/OS business trips, see known dates below: 

  • Christmas / New Year -December 24th 2024 to January 5th 2025

  • Canberra road trip -January 17th - 20th 2005

  • New Zealand trip -February 10th - 23rd 2005

 

Click and Collect
Upon prior arrangement, orders can be collected from 125 Argyle St, Camden, NSW, 2570 during Camden Markets 2570 store opening hours.  Please contact me directly via email to arrange.

 

Collect Only

Anne's Attic has a number of large, heavy and delicate/fragile items. These items will not be shipped and must be collected by the buyer or buyers approved representative.

 

Domestic Shipping, Australia Wide
All orders are dispatched with Australia Post with tracking.

Packaging

We take care to pack your items so that they may arrive safely. We are however not responsible for their treatment by the carrier.  Additional packing materials can be used upon buyer request and additional payment. 

Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with product lables/tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns can not be made for 'change of mind'.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to return your package. We will not accept items returned to us without prior notification.

 

Damages and/or Issues  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit or if you have received the wrong item. 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As the majority of items from the Attic are pre-loved used goods, they may come with signs of aging, ware and or minor defects. We will endeavour to list all known and visible imperfections in the item description, and show these in photos. Please read the descriptions fully and review all photos as part of. the descriptions as items will be sold 'as is' and all pre-loved,antique, vintage and retro goods cannot be returned. Custom products  can also not be returned.  Please get in touch prior to purchase if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Refunds
For approved returns, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, liased with the carrier and advise if the refund has been approved. Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
